Job description

About the Role

As aย Senior Director of Group Homes, youโ€™ll be one of the key people supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, with varying levels of physical support needs, over a cluster of residential homes. Youโ€™ll oversee your group home managers as they build and lead a compassionate, mission driven team by hiring, training, and mentoring likeminded staff who share your passion for helping people live safe, fulfilling, and meaningful lives.

In this role, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to take ownership of daily operations, foster a positive home culture, and build trusting relationships that encourage independence, personal choice, and dignity. Youโ€™ll collaborate with your managers and their teams to ensure our individuals are receiving the highest quality of care possible.

This position is ideal for a mentor, who is organized and able to make sure all work is done behind the scenes, so that our staff can make a real difference every day.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring their group homes are adequately staffed, and assisting in the hiring process when needed
  • Completing audits to ensure that your homes follow their necessary regulations
  • Encouraging community involvement and social engagement
  • Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team

No two days are the sameโ€”and every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
