Are you currently a caregiver working with a Medicaid Waiver client who is considering changing agencies? At All Ways at Home Care, LLC, we believe clients have the right to choose their provider, and we welcome caregivers and clients who are looking for a supportive, high-quality care environment.

If you have a client who is an Indiana Medicaid Waiver Recipient and they wish to transfer services, you could earn $18–$20 per hour with opportunities for overtime pay. We also offer a sign-on bonus to qualified professionals who join with their current client — our way of welcoming you to our family.

Your Role as a Caregiver:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in caregiving (preferred), particularly in group homes or with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (a plus!).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
