Job description

CTG is seeking to fill a Creative Director position for our client.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension
Duties:
  • Own the creative vision, brand expression, and storytelling standards for the in-house marketing model.
  • Define creative direction, concepting standards, brand expression, and visual storytelling principles across major marketing initiatives.
  • Guide designers, writers, motion talent, video teams, and external creative partners to deliver integrated, high-quality creative work.
  • Establish creative governance, review processes, quality expectations, and feedback loops for the in-house creative studio.
  • Partner with marketing leadership, product marketing, alliances, business segments, and regional teams to ensure creative solutions align with business objectives.
  • Develop scalable creative systems, templates, and standards that improve efficiency, consistency, and production capabilities.
  • Champion innovative approaches to creative development while maintaining brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead creative strategy discussions and provide mentorship to creative team members.

Skills:
  • Strong creative leadership skills with the ability to define and execute a cohesive brand vision.
  • Expertise in visual storytelling, concept development, and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Experience partnering with marketing, product, and business teams in a global or enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing creative agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional creative resources.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience will be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
