Job description

Role Summary

This role is focused on advanced identity management within an enterprise environment, requiring technical expertise in identity and authentication systems. The individual will support the development, maintenance, and automation of identity infrastructure, contributing to the stability and scalability of security frameworks. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions and enhance identity services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the maintenance and creation of tooling for identity management, including deployment and provisioning processes.
  • Collaborate with team members on service and software design to optimize identity solutions.
  • Support automation and scripting initiatives to improve system stability and resiliency.
  • Perform integration work with industry-standard identity products such as PingIDM, ForgeRock IDM, Okta, Auth0, SailPoint, and Entra ID.
  • Contribute to the development of custom connectors and automation scripts for identity management platforms.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity services and infrastructure.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of identity management processes and tools.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for team reference and compliance.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in identity and access management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including security and infrastructure, to implement identity solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
  • Demonstrated understanding of identity and authentication systems and infrastructure.
  • Experience working with moderate to large-scale enterprise architectures.
  • Practical knowledge of operating on Linux RedHat platforms.
  • Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and other CI/CD tools.
  • Light scripting experience using languages such as Shell or Ansible.
  • Preferred: Experience creating custom connectors in PingIDM.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Groovy programming.
  • Optional: Experience working with CyberArk Rest API.
  • Optional: Familiarity with IAM cloud platforms like Azure (Entra ID) or AWS.
  • Three or more years of experience working with IAM products.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams.

Publishing Pay Range: $68.91 - $71.63 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
