We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our grocery sales team. The admin will support the grocery sales process, assist in managing client relationships, and contribute to market expansion strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CPG business, sales, and market research within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment for national clients.
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential grocery customers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist in sales strategies and product positioning
  • Support in managing and updating the CRM system, maintaining accurate records of all accounts and sales activities
  • Help prepare sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and customer demand
  • Assist in analyzing grocery sales performance data, generating reports, and providing insights for business development
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the grocery sales team
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
  • Previous CPG experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
