DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)Part-Time Weekend Positions Available โ€“ Saturday & SundayEarn a $250 Retention Bonus After 6 Months!

Looking for meaningful part-time work where you can truly make a difference? Join Greystone Programs as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives.

We are currently hiring Part-Time DSPs for the following weekend shifts:

  • Pleasant Valley: Saturday & Sunday, 3:00pm โ€“ 11:00pm
  • Stanfordville: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00am โ€“ 3:00pm
  • Poughquag: Saturday & Sunday,3:00pm โ€“ 11:00pm
  • Milton: Saturday 12:00pm - 8:00pm and Sunday 7:00am - 3:00pm
What Youโ€™ll Do

As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support while building meaningful relationships with the people you support. Responsibilities may include:

  • Teaching daily living and independence skills
  • Assisting with healthcare and medication administration
  • Preparing meals and maintaining a comfortable home environment
  • Providing transportation using agency vehicles
  • Encouraging communication, recreation, and community involvement
  • Supporting individuals in achieving personal goals and living their fullest lives
