WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of related experience working in Hotel Operations preferred but not required

  • Driven by purpose, mission, values, and has sense of urgency

  • Strong decision making skills, able to make quick decisions that benefit both the guest(s) and the company

  • Positivity and flexibility with a changing schedule

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays

  • Able to build positive short and long term relationships with guests and team

  • Strong reading comprehension, ability to send and receive many emails

  • Able to multitask

  • Able to work closely with staff through strong communication and verbal skills

  • Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours or more

  • Able to stoop and bend

  • Drivers license and clean driving record
