Job description

CTC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team as a core member driving recruiting execution across campus and lateral hiring. This role is embedded in the day-to-day of our recruiting operation - partnering directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to move searches forward with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and understands that a strong recruiting process is a direct reflection of the firm. 

What You'll Do 

  • Own interview scheduling and logistics end-to-end for campus and experienced hire candidates across multiple business lines 

  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a consistent and professional experience that reflects CTC's brand 

  • Partner with recruiters on pipeline management, requisition tracking, and reporting to keep searches moving efficiently and firm leadership apprised of search progress  

  • Drive campus recruiting logistics including info sessions, career fairs, and on-campus events - serving as an extension of the recruiting team in those environments 

  • Maintain relationships with university contacts, student organizations, and career centers 

  • Ensure ATS data integrity and generate recruiting metrics that inform team decisions 

  • Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding handoffs 

  • Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements as the TA function evolves 

What We're Looking For 

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience; financial services exposure a plus 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities 

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation in a professional role, internship, or personal project. You should have a genuine passion for using these skills to strengthen the employer brand within campus recruiting and firmwide rebranding efforts. 

  • Professional and proactive - someone who anticipates needs rather than waits to be directed  

Nice to Haves
