  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop greenhouse production team members and seasonal staff
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to production standards, quality expectations, and company values
  • Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Partner closely with Production Planning and Fulfillment teams to ensure plant readiness aligns with inventory projections and shipping schedules
  • Communicate production capacity, operational constraints, and emerging risks to greenhouse leadership
  • Evaluate production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, scalability, and plant performance

  • Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with greenhouse safety standards
  • Provide hands-on support during peak production periods to maintain workflow continuity and team effectiveness
  • Maintain Department of Agriculture compliance records and documentation related to IPM and Fertigation.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Experience being accountable for production, inventory, quality, or operational performance metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to make sound operational decisions under pressure
  • Ability to interpret production data and translate insights into operational action
  • Experience working with inventory tracking systems, production metrics, or operational reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to identify trends, anticipate issues, and proactively adjust plans
  • Working knowledge of greenhouse production systems, crop scheduling, plant development, and production workflows
