Job description

Job Highlights:
•  Join an established team of physicians and CRNAs in a 280-bed nonprofit UNC-affiliated community hospital with annual surgical volumes of 8,700+ cases. Wide variety of cases with a 1:4 medical direction care team model.
•  Surgical specialties include ORS, ENT, GYN, C-Sections, Cardiology (no open hearts), Podiatry, Urology, Endoscopy, Cataracts, Pediatric Dental, General Surgery, Neurosurgery (mostly backs).
•  Monday-Friday work schedule with protected time off pre/post call during the week. Epic EMR for a seamless workflow.
•  Financial package includes base compensation plus incentives, robust HR benefits, paid malpractice including tail, 40+ days PTO, annual CME allowance, 30K signing bonus, relocation assistance and loan repayment for eligible candidates.
•  H1b visa candidates welcome to apply.
