Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with proficiency in QuickBooks and Procore to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions, including A/P, A/R, and payroll.

Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements.

Conduct monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks and Procore.

Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Assist with tax preparation and audits.

Collaborate with project managers to track job costs and profitability.

Analyze financial data to support business decisions.

Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Procore is a must.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
