What is the difference between Green Infrastructure Director vs Environmental Planner?
| Aspect | Green Infrastructure Director | Environmental Planner |
|---|---|---|
| Required Credentials | Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field; certifications like LEED or ISA often preferred | Bachelor's or Master's in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field; similar certifications may be beneficial |
| Work Environment | Leadership roles overseeing green infrastructure projects, collaborating with engineers, city officials, and community stakeholders | Planning and analysis roles within government agencies or consulting firms, focusing on environmental impact assessments and land use planning |
