Position Summary

Street Level Strategy, LLC is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to support grassroots campaign operations within Street Level's 2026 political client portfolio. The Coordinator will organize events, manage volunteers, and support field, office, and candidate activities to ensure smooth campaign execution.

This role is ideal for organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individuals with experience in community engagement or campaigns. Successful candidates are strong communicators, comfortable working with volunteers and stakeholders, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You Will Achieve

Community Engagement & Events

  • Plan, manage, and staff community meet-and-greets and local fundraising events.
  • Ensure events are well-organized and aligned with campaign messaging.

Field & Canvass Operations

  • Organize and assist with large community canvass days.
  • Coordinate staging locations, materials, and volunteer deployment.
  • Recruit, coordinate, and organize volunteers and community stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding, scheduling, and engagement tracking.

Campaign Office & Candidate Support

  • Help locate, set up, and staff the Fresno/Merced/Madera campaign office as needed.
  • Staff the candidate at events and assist with social media content capture (photos, videos, etc.).
  • Develop, execute, and manage a campaign sign program (yard signs, 4x4s, 4x8s).
  • Track inventory and coordinate volunteer installation support.

General Campaign Support

  • Provide administrative, operational, and logistical support as needed.

Who You Are

  • At least 1-2 years of campaign, organizing, community engagement, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging with volunteers, community leaders, and stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced political environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Passionate about politics, advocacy, and grassroots organizing
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed

Working at Street Level Strategy

Employment Type: Seasonal/Exempt
Schedule: Available Saturday - Thursday, with flexible availability on Fridays. Hours will range from 50-55 hours per week.

  • Must be able to work in-person during scheduled hours at the worksite location.
  • The position also requires flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to have predictable and reliable attendance.

Compensation: $6000-$7000/month, based on experience.
