Job description

Associate Dentist (DDS/DMD) Grass Valley Dental Care – Grass Valley, CA

Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

If you became a dentist because you genuinely enjoy helping people, building lasting relationships, and practicing comprehensive dentistry-not because you wanted to race from operatory to operatory-I'd love to tell you about our practice.

Grass Valley Dental Care has proudly served our community for more than 30 years, and we're looking for an Associate Dentist who values people just as much as dentistry.

We're a 100% fee-for-service practice with patients who trust us, appreciate quality care, and have often been coming to our office for years. We believe the best dentistry starts with listening, educating, and building relationships that last.

What You'll Find Here
  • 100% fee-for-service practice
  • Monday–Thursday schedule (7:30 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Modern technology including CBCT, digital scanners, diode laser, and 3D printing
  • Approximately 15 new patients each month
  • Established adult and senior patient base
  • Comprehensive dentistry in a relationship-focused environment
  • Opportunity to grow into ownership for the right long-term doctor
The Kind of Dentist We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry and takes pride in doing things the right way.

You don't need to perform every specialty procedure, but you should be comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and creating a great patient experience.

Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who is:

  • Kind
  • Humble
  • Adaptable
  • Patient-focused
  • An excellent communicator
  • Interested in becoming part of a close-knit community

In a small town, relationships matter. Patients remember how you make them feel, and we want someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know the people they care for.

What We Offer
  • Estimated earning potential of $200,000–$240,000
  • Competitive collections-based compensation
  • Opportunity for mentorship during the transition
  • Modern clinical technology
  • A stable, respected practice built on trust
  • Potential future ownership opportunity
Why Grass Valley?

Grass Valley offers the opportunity to build more than a career-you can become part of a community. Our patients value quality dentistry, personal relationships, and continuity of care. If you're looking for a practice where you can slow down, practice comprehensive dentistry, and truly make a difference in patients' lives, we'd love to meet you.

If this sounds like the kind of practice you've been searching for, we'd love to hear your story. Tell us about yourself, what you enjoy most about dentistry, and why you think Grass Valley Dental Care could be the right fit for your next chapter.
