Job description

Job Title: Graphics Intern

Job Description: Platinum Business Services LLC is seeking a talented and ambitious Graphics Intern for our HUBZone Internship Program. The Graphics Intern will assist with creating visual materials that support the company’s marketing, communications, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating graphics for marketing materials, presentations, social media, and other company communications
  • Design and format PowerPoint presentations, reports, flyers, and other visual content
  • Support the development of consistent branding across company materials
  • Edit and revise graphics based on feedback
  • Organize and maintain digital design files
  • Collaborate with team members on assigned projects
  • Attend industry forums as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a college sophomore or higher
  • Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging materials
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and follow up on tasks efficiently and independently
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Position Requirements: The candidate must work at least 40 hours per month. This is a HUBZone resident position. Proof of HUBZone residency based on the US Small Business Association (SBA), is required prior to initial interview.
