Job description

The Graphic Designer will contribute to a growth fueled experiential marketing agency. The ideal individual is a thoughtful creative who has a strong understanding of what makes events, engagements and brand experiences special and relevant. They have a passion for aesthetic and how design impacts the consumer experience. Most importantly, the candidate is a good thinker who is capable of applying that thinking to strong conceptual designs and effective graphic executions that provide out-of-the-box ideas that are grounded with strong industry experience that are actionable.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to strategy and ideation of large-scale activation concepts for regional and national brand projects
  • Bring fresh perspective and bold but feasible ideas shaped by industry knowledge
  • Contribute to visualizing concepts through 3D renders, illustration, and/or graphic design from pitch through project execution
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative resources: designers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, etc.
  • Work with Account Managers and Producers in planning, ideation and executional functions
  • Coordinate with vendors and producers on details of physical buildouts and installations
  • Present work internally and when required to clients
  • Assist with agency-specific creative needs: pitch decks, social media content, website assets, etc.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in experiential marketing creative services
  • Must provide work samples or portfolio link of prior professional work for consideration
  • Background with experiential agency and working with national brands preferred
Skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and 3D Software
  • Proficient in Google Suite/Teams
  • Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities
  • Cool under pressure and able to juggle multiple clients and assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
