Responsibilities + Requirements:


  1. Answering customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and online chat
  2. Reviewing file setup for all incoming orders
  3. Providing price quotes and technical assistance to current and potential customers
  4. Customer account management
  5. Basic graphic design setup and assistance
  6. Strong and persistent attention to detail to ensure excellent communication and quality of prints


Qualifications:


  1. 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- including grammar + spelling
  3. Ability to deal confidently with technology- you will need to use multiple web-based tools competently
  4. Dependability, dedication, and a professional attitude
  5. Ability to confidently and efficiently work both independently and with a small team
  6. Proficiency in digital art or graphic design a plus
