Description

Job Purpose

The temporary position for a part-time Graphic Designer is to create visual concepts, using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for multiple online and print materials.

Timeframe: June 1st, 2026 - August 31st, 2026

Hours per week: 20 hours


Essential Duties:

Creation and production of new branded content including, but not limited to ebooks, brochures, emails, presentations, emails and landing pages adhering to pre-created template standards and branding specifications

Update existing collateral to match current branding guidelines

Prepare layouts and other visual elements to compliment the overall message/concept

Modify and suggest improvements to increase the quality of production and ensure that standards are met for print and digital mediums.

Participate in creative brainstorming meetings

Finalize, upload and ensure the accuracy of design files in the latter stages of development

Collaborate with other professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, social media managers, etc. to assess needs and schedule


Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience

5+ years of Graphic Design experience

Reputable history of successful short-term contract positions

Must have excellent layout and typography skills

Knowledgeable in HubSpot Marketing Automation software

Strong and relentless eye for the smallest details

Must be able to address design challenges/problems creatively with an awareness of current design trends, and brand style

Work well in deadline-oriented environment

Comprehensive proofreader with attention to detail

Must be deadline oriented, have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, determined, diligent and be a team player

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong knowledge of, and demonstrable experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint


This pay range is a good-faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting/hire. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. This range does not include any include any bonus or incentive compensation if applicable.
