Your Role

Gensler's Southeast Regional Marketing team is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join us in Raleigh as a Marketing Coordinator.Marketing Coordinators produce and support the production of materials that contribute to Gensler's client development efforts. They work under the direction of senior staff and marketing leaders to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm win work.

What You Will Do

  • Work with and support other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateralin alignment with brand standards
  • Participate in pursuit strategy and planning
  • Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities
  • Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines
  • Understand and learn Gensler's portfolio of work, practice areas, and firm wide capabilities
  • Maintain resources & information systems including resumes, case stories, and marketing drive organization
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects, elevate the quality of our efforts, and contribute to our win strategy efforts

Your Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of professional experiencein a marketing or communications position, with a design or professional services / AEC firm experience is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degreein Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, Architecture, or Interior Design
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Creative and impactful graphic design skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral
  • Self-motivatorwith strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and agreat collaborator
  • Strongorganizational skillsto coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability towork withdiverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environment
  • Stronggraphic communicationand design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Officeis required
