We move quickly as an organization, so this role calls for someone who can work efficiently without losing sight of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS

  • Write and edit clear, polished copy for blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support development of the content calendar, helping keep editorial, email, and social content on schedule and aligned with firm priorities.
  • Draft and update website copy and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand voice.
  • Assist with proofreading and quality-checking marketing materials before they go live or to print.

SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL

  • Schedule, publish, and monitor content across Redpath's social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.
  • Support paid and organic social campaigns, tracking engagement and basic performance metrics.
  • Help maintain and update website content through the firm's CMS platform.
  • Assist with email marketing setup, list management, and campaign scheduling.

DESIGN & BRAND SUPPORT

  • Design marketing materials such as social graphics, flyers, one-pagers, presentations, and email templates using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials, applying Redpath's brand guidelines, templates, and style standards.
  • Support photo and light video content creation and editing for events, campaigns, and social media.

EVENTS & PROJECT COORDINATION

  • Assist in planning and executing client events, sponsorships, and internal marketing initiatives, including logistics and promotion.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing project timelines and deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed and projects on track.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors or agency partners as needed on creative and production work.
  • Maintain organized files, templates, and asset libraries for easy team-wide access.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of marketing, communications, or graphic design experience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across formats and audiences.
  • Solid design skills and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong follow-through and willingness to take direction as well as ownership.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as a practical aid for research, drafting, and brainstorming, while understanding that sound judgment, brand voice, and original thinking remain essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with WordPress or a comparable CMS platform.
