ROLE SUMMARY:We are looking for a high-caliberTrafficProject Managerto serve as the operational heartbeat of our in-house Creative Services team. You will be the primary air-traffic controller for a talented group of graphic and video designers, ensuring that a high volume of projects for various lines of business and corporate departments move frominceptionto completion without a hitch.Thisisn'tjust about movingtickets;it'sabout mastering the "art of the pivot." You will bridge the gap between corporate stakeholders,our creative talent,and agenciesensuring every brief is clear, every deadline is realistic, and every deliverablemeets customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Workflow Mastery:Direct the end-to-end flow of creative, production, and media projects.You'lloversee the routing and trafficking of all assets-fromdigital assets to print to personalized asset packs/reuseable components, including intra team and departmental communications.

Strategic Scheduling:Create andmaintainmaster project schedules. Youare responsible forflagging delays, adjusting timelines, and ensuring the team hits every milestone.

Resource Allocation:Monitor team bandwidth in real-time.You'llassign tasks based on capacity andexpertiseto ensure we are maximizing our creative output without burnout.

The Ultimate Liaison:Serve as thecentral pointof contact betweenProject Managers,Artists, and internal client teams(Personalization, Brand, CRM, Legal). Youspeak both "business" and "designer".You'llleadstatus meetings and manage expectations across the board.

Technical Stewardship:Own our project management environment. You will review and input assets intoour project management platformWrike and other tracking tools (Teams,Sharepoint) tomaintaina single sourceof truth.

Punctuality is King:You ensure deadlines are met, meetings start on time, and the team stays on track.You'redirect, clear, and can deliver project expectations with professional grace.

Multi-tasking Guru:Take onadditionalduties as assigned,demonstratingflexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

The Experience:2-4 years of experience in a traffic or projectcoordinationrole within an advertising agency or a fast-paced in-house corporate marketing environment.

Wrike Expert:DeepproficiencyinWrikeis highly preferred. You should be comfortable building workflows, custom dashboards, and automation to streamline the creative process.

Communication Pro:Youpossessthe "tenacity and humanity" to deliver direct feedback to stakeholders while keeping the creative team motivated.

Organizational Ninja:Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and able toidentifyand suggest process improvements.

Technical Literacy:Familiarity with theAdobe Creative Cloudworkflowas well asSharepoint, Teams and Outlook areessential.Other experience in platforms such as Figma,Jiraor digital asset management systems is a plus.

Bonus Points:A background in graphic design or content development is a significant plus, as it allows you totruly speakthe language ofyourteam
