Job description

allwebcafe, a full-service interactive marketing agency, has an immediate opening for a Studio Traffic Coordinator. At a high-level, the individual who owns this position will ensure that every project moves through the agency on-time and on-budget. The Studio Traffic Coordinator is a unique position in that you will be the person who bridges the gap between each of the three teams: Client Services, Strategy, and Design & Development.

You will be responsible for managing priorities, adjusting timelines, and ensuring that process is adhered to at all times. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the lifecycle of all assigned projects through design and production processes. Intake work and disseminate, prioritizing distribution in studio.

Negotiate timelines and ensure that all deadlines are maintained. Set daily priorities and project planning with department team members. Gathers necessary information in order to manage project initiatives in a time efficient manner.

Maintains and updates production reports for Studio teams. Keeps all pipeline, estimates, and due dates current in order to provide studio teams with accurate information. Troubleshoots production and timing issues.

Work closely and partner with Creative Director and Account Management Director in defining timelines and production capabilities. Leverages knowledge and understanding of web, creative and development standards to facilitate effective communication between departmental teams. Assess workload and resource allocation within studio teams based on project timelines.

EXPERIENCE: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising or Related field (preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates) 3-5+ years traffic experience within a high-volume agency, graphic design firm, internal corporate or pre-press department. Strong knowledge of web/interactive processes. Superior project management and organizational skills.

Experience in the coordination and traffic web, online and print marketing campaigns. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Clearly communicates requirements, expectations and deadlines accordingly.

Superior project management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, persistent follow-up and an ability to juggle shifting priorities. Ability to coordinate cross-functional team efforts.

Resourceful and solution-oriented. Team player. Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Adept at crisis management. Proficient in MS Office, especially in EXCEL. Knowledge of HTML and design programs a plus.
