Job Description Summary

As a key member of the Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub, the Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the development of marketing materials to effectively showcase and market properties for sale representing institutional and private capital investors throughout Colorado. This role primarily focuses on Office & Retail property types.
The Senior Graphic Designer is a highly organized creative to serve as the central hub for team marketing initiatives. This individual will serve as the broker team's primary marketing designer while leading marketing projects from concept to completion, coordinating closely with the brokerage team and Cushman & Wakefield's marketing department, creating compelling visual communications, and ensuring the team has the resources, tools, and support needed to operate efficiently and effectively.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing creative work with project management, improving processes, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary marketing resource and central point of coordination for all team marketing initiatives.
  • Lead marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Design and produce professional marketing materials, including offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and other client-facing collateral.
  • Develop compelling visual communications that align with brand standards and effectively support business development and investment sales efforts.
  • Partner closely with brokerage professionals to understand project objectives, establish priorities, and deliver strategic marketing solutions.
  • Coordinate with Cushman & Wakefield's centralized marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to corporate processes and standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities and meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oversee project timelines, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve obstacles to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure marketing materials are accurate, polished, and consistent with brand guidelines and quality expectations.
  • Support the team's marketing strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiencies, and elevate the quality of marketing deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize marketing resources, templates, and creative assets to support team productivity and consistency.
  • Provide ongoing marketing support to brokerage professionals by serving as a trusted advisor on branding, design, and marketing best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual storytelling that strengthen property positioning and enhance client presentations.
  • Foster strong working relationships across internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and exceptional client service.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows, implement best practices, and support the overall success of the team's marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in professional services graphic design; real estate, architecture or commercial construction marketing experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in group environment
  • A creative, organized, and highly motivated individual who brings strong design aesthetic and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial sales environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, marketing collateral and long format design

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
