Job description

About the Position

Experienced providers only – no new graduates.

An established Urology team is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing practice in eastern Oregon.

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week for excellent work–life balance

  • No after-hours call requirements

  • Practice based at a Level IV Trauma Center and growing Critical Access Hospital

  • Average 14–17 patients per day

  • Scribe support available

  • Epic EMR

  • Advanced in-clinic technology including:

    • Two point-of-care BK ultrasound machines

    • Olympus cystoscopy equipment

    • Laborie urodynamics equipment

The hospital has recently completed a 96,000-square-foot expansion, significantly enhancing surgical and procedural capabilities. The expansion includes:

  • Five new operating rooms

  • Two endoscopy suites (with flexibility to convert into two additional ORs)

  • 15 pre- and post-op rooms

  • 7 PACU bays

  • A modern cafeteria and dining space

  • A new OR break room featuring panoramic mountain views

These upgrades support continued growth in surgical services and long-term stability for the urology program.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a hospital-employed position with a highly competitive total compensation package, including:

  • Base salary plus annual quality incentives (total compensation $145,000+)

  • Quality bonus potential up to $15,000 annually

  • $20,000 commencement bonus

  • $8,000 annual CME allowance (covers CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions)

  • Paid CME time

  • Student loan assistance

  • Paid malpractice insurance
