Vermont State University, Castleton campus, invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant for the School of Business & Professional Studies.
The primary responsibility of the Graduate Assistant (GA) is to assist the Director of the MBA Program and the Chair of the School of Business & Professional Studies in supporting undergraduate and graduate business programs. The Graduate Assistant will participate in a variety of research, academic, administrative, and student success initiatives designed to enhance the quality and growth of the School of Business & Professional Studies.
  • Support fieldwork and/or data collection;
  • Analyze data using software;
  • Design experiments, models and simulations;
  • Assist in writing research reports, papers, and publications;
  • Prepare and/or present materials for presentations;
  • Attend lab and/or project meetings;
  • Assist with the development of proposals and/or reviews for grant opportunities;
  • Maintain records for compliance;
