About the Job

Request for Part-Time Construction Manager/Project Manager

A part-time construction manager is needed to assist on multiple projects, including but not limited to:

  • Ravenswood temporary waterproofing project - Construction of the upper parking deck waterproofing and expansion joint installation
  • Ravenswood permanent waterproofing projectConstruction of the waterproofing, expansion joint installation, sealing of the exterior wall, painting, etc.
  • Copans building 5 and building 6 roof and structure replacement Plan, design, permitting, construction and closing
  • All other projects under Asset Management sections.

The project manager will need to have at least 5 years of experience in roofing and waterproofing with some landscaping and civil works. The project manager will also have to:

  • Write Scope of Work
  • Review and comment on design plans, technical specifications, cost estimate and others
  • Coordinate schedule and permitting
  • Manage all construction activities, including but not limited to site meetings, coordinating with CEI, review payment, track daily inspection report and activities, review site work as needed
  • Close construction per contract requirement
