Their primary role is to ensure that the project's objectives, timelines, and budgets are clearly communicated and met according to client or organizational requirements. PMRs are responsible for monitoring progress, coordinating resources, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. They often serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.

How does a Project Manager Representative typically collaborate with stakeholders throughout a project's lifecycle?

  • Lead budgeting, estimating, scheduling, bidding, contract negotiations, and construction execution.
  • Review project financials, pay applications, change orders, and schedule performance.
  • Coordinate tenant improvement projects and support leasing initiatives.
  • Conduct Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, permitting, and construction management.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.

You'll help guide investment decisions, oversee multiple assets, and play a key role in transforming properties from acquisition through successful repositioning into a high-performing real estate portfolio.

If you enjoy seeing the bigger picture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and protecting an owner's investment while delivering exceptional projects, we'd love to connect with you.
