Job description

RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of the premier commercial roofing companies in Florida with headquarters in Doral, FL that is currently seeking a Project Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation and a benefits package. Our client is extremely well established, and is ranked among the industry leaders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Oversee job site operations and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Track project costs, manage change orders, and maintain profitability targets
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and resolving issues
  • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • 3–7+ years of experience in project management within commercial roofing or construction
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
  • OSHA certification or strong understanding of job site safety practices preferred
