This role is responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, schedule adherence, and coordination across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on project management experience, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities + Provide overall leadership and accountability for multiple construction projects simultaneously. + Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout in alignment with company standards. + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. + Support business development and preconstruction efforts. + Review bid documents and scopes of work. + Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and vendor bids. + Participate in pre-bid meetings and site walks. + Assist with preparation of project estimates and proposals.
