Job description

Reportingto the Assistant Dean, Program Support, the Graduate Programs Assistant assistswith all aspects of program operations and student support.  Provides support for Graduate Managementadministrative tasks.
Supportsday-to-day operations for all Graduate Management programs; Manages schedulingand oversight of Graduate Management programs space and resources; Assists intracking student community service hours; Liaison with Carroll School BusinessOffice on fiscal matters and service contracts; Assists Graduate Managementprograms staff with processing of expense reports and travel arrangements;Maintains department purchasing card, including monthly reconciliations;Assists with front desk coverage; Provides back up support to on posting oftuition remission and stipends; Monitors Graduate Management programs voicemailand email accounts; Manages office supply inventory; .
Assistsin the planning and execution of Graduate Management programs events andprogramming; Manages student communications.

Hiring Range: 24.12/hr to 30.14/hr. Pay rate commensurate with relevant experience.
