Oracle provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help new hires develop their skills and grow within the company. These positions are often part of Oracle’s graduate or early career programs, which aim to attract and nurture new talent.

However, with strong mentorship and structured training programs, graduates can gradually build confidence, develop technical expertise, and progress towards more advanced responsibilities within the organization.
