Position Overview
Location: Marshall, MN
Setting: Primarily OP; Limited IP
Pay Package: Starting at $2260/week
Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour weekly guarantee
Schedule: Flexible; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
Contract Length: 13+ weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree
Valid state OT licensure (or currently in an OT educational program)
CPR certification
Valid driver's license
Must successfully pass a background check upon hire
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in SNF/LTC, OP, IP preferred - new grads encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations
Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement-related impairments.
Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques to support healing
Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records
Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations
Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
