Position:   SERVICE NOW - Project Manager With ServiceNow and Project Manager Certification is Must

Client:        Florida State Government Project

Location:  Tallahassee, Florida (on site only)

Required experience:

•        Minimum seven (7) years of enterprise information technology project management experience.

•        Minimum five (5) years managing ServiceNow implementation or platform expansion projects.

•        Experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology projects.

•        Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams.

•        Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, scope, communications, and

•        executive reporting.

•        Experience coordinating third-party vendors and implementation partners.

•        Experience using Agile, Hybrid, or iterative project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Experience:

•        Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow products or modules.

•        Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

•        Experience developing executive dashboards, governance processes, and project reporting.

•        Experience leading organizational change management and user adoption activities.

•        Experience working within a public sector or government environment

Education/Certifications:

 Bachelor''''''''s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

•        Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

•        ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.

•        Agile and/or Scrum certification preferred.
