This role involves managing all project phases, from planning and subcontractor coordination to quality control and financial oversight, ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure and facilities.   • Anticipated salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities

  • Develop safety plans and serve as main contact for owners/engineers/architects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering (civil/structural), or related; Building Construction preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' construction experience
  • Proficient in project management duties
  • Experience in architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical aspects
  • Financial accounting knowledge
  • Strong communication, writing, conflict resolution, organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel
