This role involves managing all project phases, from planning and subcontractor coordination to quality control and financial oversight, ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure and facilities. It provides opportunities for professional growth through mentorship responsibilities and involvement in high-profile government contracts.

  • Anticipated salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering (civil/structural), or related; Building Construction preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' construction experience
  • Proficient in project management duties
  • Experience in architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical aspects
  • Financial accounting knowledge
  • Strong communication, writing, conflict resolution, organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel
