Quantum Sky is searching for a Program Analyst to support a Government Program Office in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

  • Work is 100% on Government site, supporting Government Program Office.
  • Draft, proofread, and route PMO, correspondence letters, memorandums, reports, contract reports, etc.; ensuring strict compliance with applicable directives.
  • Manage consolidated office tracking system for internal and external action items.
  • Provide meeting support by providing minutes and action items for designated meeting.
  • Manage office supply inventory and procure necessary materials in accordance with established command guidelines and budgetary limits.
  • Function as the lead point of contact for conference room scheduling, video teleconference (VTC) operations, security/access, IT troubleshooting, training, and repairs.
  • Review existing policies and procedures, identify potential problem areas, and develop solutions. Ensure compliance with existing policies. Create and maintain office procedural manuals (e.g. SOPs, Admin Guide, etc.).
  • Assist in security administration support for the office, including personnel security documentation, facility access control, visitor access/escort control, annual self-inspections and visit certification.
  • Function as the office records retention manager, including document control processes and filing. Maintain databases for the office.
  • Assist with development, review, and reproduction of briefing materials, reports, schedules, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate responses to periodic reports, ad hoc tasking, and meeting support with Program Office personnel and multiple stakeholder organizations.
  • Submit and track trouble tickets to maintain operation of Program Office IT, VTC, data processing, and facilities equipment.
  • Expect some travel in this position (10%), both local and out of area.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or similar discipline.
  • Six (6) or more years of clerical and office coordinator experience, of which three (3) years have been in support of a government program office.
  • Strong understanding of Navy financial management processes and regulations, including tracking of multiple budget expenditures, obligations, and execution.
  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite, web-based applications, and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), able to effectively interact with customers, partners, and associates at all levels.
  • Energetic professional, ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment in support of numerous projects, providing rapid responses to short-fused tasking.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with DOW and/or U.S. Navy organizations, functions, and missions.
  • Completion of DAU courses

Clearance:

  • Current active Top Secret clearance (Tier 5 investigation) as reported in DISS.

  • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $90,000-$105,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
