Responsibilities:
Revenue & Deal Operations
  • Own CPQ revenue engine to ensure accurate entry and maintenance of new deals, upsells, and expansions
  • Enable Sales, Client Success, and Finance to create quotes and deal desk in the CPQ tool
  • Ensure deal compliance in CPQ with pricing, contract terms, and approval workflows
  • Support order-to-cash accuracy in CPQ through clean handoffs and documentation

KPI Ownership & Reporting
  • Build and distribute weekly Sales and Marketing KPI reports for leadership
  • Identify trends, risks, and gaps across pipeline, bookings, and renewals
  • Own tracking and reporting of Client Success KPIs, including renewals, churn, expansion, and retention metrics
  • Own monthly sales commission calculations and payouts for sales

CRM & Systems Enablement
  • Support ongoing management of HubSpot CRM, including data hygiene, reporting, and user support
  • Partner with Sales Ops leadership on CRM enhancements, dashboards, and workflow improvements and the overall sales tech stack
  • Ensure data consistency across CRM, NetSuite, and downstream reporting

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Act as a key operational partner to Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success
  • Support forecasting, planning, and ad hoc analysis requests
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and reporting
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills (basic pivot tables, charts, graphs, VLOOKUP)
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experiencing implementing and maintaining a CPQ tool, preferably DealHub
  • Build reports and dashboards - (Power BI, HubSpot)
  • Experience working with law enforcement technology, video systems, digital evidence platforms, or related SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with body-worn camera hardware, in-car video systems, digital evidence management, or records management systems
  • Prior experience supporting government procurement cycles or responding to formal RFP processes
