Join Buckhead Commercial Cleaning Services as a Government Contract Proposal Writer, where you will play a pivotal role in securing contracts that make a difference. Role Overview:

The Government Contract Proposal Writer will research, develop, and submit competitive bids in response to government RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs in the commercial cleaning sector. This role directly drives company growth and revenue through successful contract awards.
Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze government contract opportunities in the cleaning services sector.
  • Develop and write compelling proposals tailored to specific government requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations in proposal submissions.
  • Review and edit proposals for clarity, accuracy, and persuasive impact.
  • Maintain a database of past proposals and track submission outcomes.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings to represent the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in government contracting policies.
  • Analyze solicitation documents to identify all requirements, deadlines, and attachments

Requirements:
