Responsibilities

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

We are seeking an Operations Manager to support a complex Department of Defense mission focused on cyber operations, advanced communications, operational technology, testing and evaluation, and emerging technology integration. This individual will serve as the Deputy Program Manager and oversee day-to-day program execution, customer engagement, operational planning, and mission support activities.

  • Oversee daily execution of program activities and technical operations.
  • Serve as Deputy Program Manager and act on behalf of the Program Manager when required.
  • Manage customer support activities related to testing, training, and experimentation events.
  • Coordinate operational requirements among Government stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, staffing plans, and operational priorities.
  • Support planning, execution, and assessment of cyber and technology-focused events.
  • Ensure successful integration of customer requirements into operational plans.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Support strategic planning, technology modernization, and mission growth initiatives.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS: Full-time onsite position supporting Government operations.

TRAVEL: Occasional CONUS travel may be required.

Qualifications

CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years supporting cyber ranges, testing environments, or operational technology programs.
  • 7+ years of program leadership, operations management, or senior DoD experience.
  • Experience supporting Army or Joint cyber training initiatives.
  • Knowledge of networking, operational technology, cellular systems, and IT management.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and technical teams.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience supporting Electronic Warfare, C5ISR, communications, or multi-domain operations.
  • Experience supporting military training and experimentation environments.
