What You'll Do
  • Run Mastermind Logistics - Schedule group calls, send reminders, track action items, and keep every member on point.
  • Front-Line Client Care - Answer calls, emails, and Zoom chats the same day with warmth and clarity.
  • Event Coordination - Prep agendas, vendors, travel, and swag for US & UK events; be onsite to ensure a wow-factor experience.
  • Office & Admin Support - Keep documents, supplies, and vendor relationships organized so the team can fly.
  • Recruitment Assist - Source candidates, book interviews, and help run monthly group interview sessions.
