Responsibilities:
1 Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical engineer for the enterprise collaboration suite, including Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini), Smartsheet, and Lucidchart.
2 Lead the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and architecture of all
core collaboration platforms to support a global workforce.
3 Design and execute global rollouts, configuration baselines, and change management
processes for new and existing features and tools.
4 Implement, maintain, and enforce security controls and governance policies (DLP, data
residency, conditional access, SSO/SAML, OAuth) in close collaboration with
Information Security, Compliance, and Identity teams.
Must-Have:
• Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration
(Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini, SSO/SAML)
• Strong experience with collaboration platforms
(Smartsheet, Lucidchart)
• Hands on scripting & automation skills
(Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, GAM)
• Security and governance implementation
(DLP, data residency, conditional access, OAuth, compliance controls)
• Experience with large scale, global rollouts or enterprise migrations
(e.g., M365 → Google Drive)
• Knowledge of IT asset management and license optimization
• Integration experience with enterprise systems
(Workflow automation across departments)
Good-to-Have:
• Leadership experience in managing or guiding technical teams
(Ability to mentor engineers, provide technical direction, and act as the escalation point.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
(Comfortable working with leadership, InfoSec, Compliance, IAM, and cross functional teams.)
• Experience driving enterprise level collaboration strategy
(Creating roadmaps, evaluating new tools, recommending adoption paths.)
• Project leadership experience in platform upgrades or migrations
