Administrative support for the Educator Services team, This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, demonstrates strong computer and organizational skills

The scope of work includes supporting data collection, working with Google Workspace spreadsheets and documents, managing inbox workflows, and providing administrative support to the Educator Services area.

Services Required

  • Monitor and respond to emails in the Educator Services shared inboxes
  • Support during Educator Services meetings
  • Support the collection and organization of Educator Services data
  • Carry out administrative tasks to support the Educator Services area (e.g. filing, data entry, scheduling and calendar maintenance)
  • Maintain clear and timely communication using the tools / methods provided.
