Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in Mental Health and Well-Being, with a focus on program development and management.
  • Experience in Mental Health and Well-Being principles, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a Mental Health and Well-Being field.
  • 5 years of experience leading Mental Health and Well-Being strategy.
  • Experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience working in a large, multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with medical and mental health and counseling services fields, health promotion and wellness programs, and global/regional health regulations.

As the Mental Health and Well-Being Program Manager at Google, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Mental Health and Well-Being programs and services globally. You will play a critical role in promoting the health and safety of our employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of care. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Data Center Operations, Hardware Operations, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders, to drive positive outcomes and support Google's commitment to employee health.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $188000 - $275000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits

  • Create and deliver a proactive Mental Health and Well-Being culture that promotes wellness, identifies and mitigates workplace hazards, and minimizes work-related illness and injury.
