About the job
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. If you have a passion for technology, a growth mindset, and a knack for creating compelling marketing campaigns, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, etc.) to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and effective growth strategy
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the content and community teams to create compelling, shareable content that resonates with our target audience
  • Test and iterate on different messaging, targeting, and creative approaches to drive growth and improve user experience
  • Continuously optimize our website and landing pages for conversion, SEO, and user engagement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry or a developer-focused company
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful growth marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools
  • Familiarity with developer communities and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the developer ecosystem
  • A self-starter mentality and a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and web security best practices.
