Job Number: R0237734 Google Cloud Engineer, Senior The Opportunity : Doing DevSecOps well means development and automation. Making tasks repeatable and efficient across multiple environments requires infrastructure as code, scripting, and so met imes writing applications. Our cloud service broker team is looking for a developer with a strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform ( GCP ) infrastructure, containerization, and networking to make new cloud capabilities available in secure environments. In this role, you'll make a mission-for war d impact as you further your skill set and career. Work with us as we shape the next generation of DoD systems. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: * 3+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) using Terraform
* 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions in Google Cloud Platform ( GCP )
* Experience with building sof t war e solutions for secure government cloud environments
* Experience designing and automating the provisioning of GCP resources using IaC and automation tools
* Experience working with GCP services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub / Sub, Cloud Storage, or Cloud SQL
* Experience with code management tools such as Git or GitLab in a collaborative team environment
* Knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, load balancing, VPCs, private connectivity, and TLS
* Secret clearance
* HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with sof t war e engineering, or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with sof t war e engineering
* Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of hire date Nice If You Have: * Experience building, securing, and optimizing workloads specifically on GCP
* Experience developing, implementing, or maintaining cloud governance controls such as GCP Organization Policies and IAM best practices Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
