Nytech Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is a team of home service experts dedicated to ensuring peak performance for our clients' plumbing and HVAC systems in the Castle Rock Metro area. We are currently seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic HVAC knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Previous experience is required, and while NATE, RMGA, and EPA certifications are preferred, we are willing to assist with training and certification fees. Here is what you will being doing daily:

  • The Job- Serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems.
  • Serve Gladly - Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
  • Problem Solve Skillfully - Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them with customer approval.
  • Work Dependably - Keep company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate Effectively - Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
  • Learn to serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems.

In addition to the technical skills, technicians should possess strengths in the following areas:

  • Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Positive. Can-do attitude
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings on rotating basis
