Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $34.11 - $42.63 per hour
Are you someone who thrives on hitting goals, building relationships, and knowing your work made a difference? At Pima Medical Institute, a leading healthcare education institution, our Admissions Representatives do exactly that - every single day.
We're not just looking for people with admissions experience. If you've built a career around metrics, pipelines, and people - whether in sales, recruiting, financial services, healthcare, or customer success - you already have the foundation to excel here. What matters most is that you're driven, organized, and genuinely care about helping others take the next step in their healthcare careers.
This position is based at our Aurora, CO campus - located in the Denver metro area. Please note this is a separate campus from our Denver location. In this role, you'll guide prospective healthcare students from their first inquiry through enrollment, managing your own pipeline and hitting measurable targets in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate proactive outreach via phone and email; conduct interviews to assess student goals and program fit following established guidelines.
  • Manage the full enrollment lifecycle, responding to all inquiries and explaining healthcare education programs in detail.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage your applicant pipeline and monitor performance against key metrics.
  • Analyze enrollment statistics and marketing data to inform outreach strategies.
  • Represent PMI at recruitment events including job fairs and high school visits in the Aurora and greater Denver metro area.
  • Facilitate campus tours at our Aurora campus and collaborate with the Financial Aid department to determine student eligibility.
  • Ensure strict adherence to federal and state laws, accreditation requirements, and PMI policies.
  • Participate in evening and weekend work rotations and local travel as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a KPI-driven role - admissions, education sales, student recruitment, account management, financial services, or similar fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding measurable performance targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative, people-first approach.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: $34.11 - $42.63 per hour.
  • Health Benefits: Medical (PPO & HDHP), Dental, and Vision coverage; plus FSA, HSA options.
  • Retirement: 401(k) with a 10% Employer Match.
  • Ownership: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - you're not just an employee, you're an owner.
  • Wellness: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Health & Wellness Program.
  • Colorado Paid Sick Leave, generous PTO, paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
