Description
Team Fishel , the Best Choice Employer in Utility Construction, is hiring a Project Coordinator for Fiber Optic Cabling and Splicing projects from our Raleigh, NC operation. The Project Coordinator serves as a central coordinator for project communication, organization, and administrative support across Team Fishel's Fiber Optic Cabling and Splicing project management. This position will require travel throughout the state based on project needs and locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full support and daily assistance to our Project Managers with project tracking
  • Review and track material usage for each project
  • Request material pickup and add new material to the material tracking platforms
  • Attend daily coordination meetings to generate action items and assign them to the appropriate manager
  • Serve as a liaison with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project deliverables
  • Conduct follow-up correspondence to collect updates and confirm data
  • Coordinate access requests, project documentation, and resource needs
  • Maintain organized to-do lists, meeting notes, and follow-up schedules for all active projects

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and all video conferencing platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up and problem-solving
  • Demonstrate ability and experience specifically providing project coordination for key customer account(s).
  • Demonstrated experience in administration support for construction project operations or construction supervision is highly desired
