Location: Raleigh, NC (On-Site Required)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Construction Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our pool construction operations by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring a smooth experience from project start through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, field teams, and internal departments, requiring strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate pool construction activities, inspections, and service visits with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Manage all warranty-related requests approved by the General Manager or President by coordinating scheduling, tracking progress, communicating with homeowners and field personnel, and ensuring all warranty items are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed due to weather, material availability, or construction changes
  • Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally to customers and field staff
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems (e.g., CRM, project management software)

Customer Service & Communication
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to questions regarding timelines, next steps, and general project updates
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and empathy
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Set clear expectations with customers regarding construction processes and timelines

Administrative Support
  • Update customer and project information in internal systems
  • Assist with documentation related to inspections, permits, and construction milestones
  • Collaborate with construction managers, sales, and operations teams to ensure project alignment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in scheduling, customer service, construction coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience in pool construction, homebuilding, construction, or trades-based industries strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or high-stress situations
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
SCHEDULE
  • Office-based role with frequent communication with field teams and customers
  • Fast-paced construction environment with changing priorities
  • Standard business hours with occasional flexibility as business needs require
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
