Information About Team and Role

The Global Solutions Delivery team is the engine driving the scaling, expansion, and execution of established platform capabilities across the Google Operations Center (GOC) network. As the Global Solutions Delivery Manager, you own the "1 to 100" phase of the lifecycle. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists using validated frameworks to drive incubation expansions globally. You will oversee end-to-end operational coordination for our proprietary AI workflow automation platform, manage programmatic platform outreach, and execute targeted use-case strategies to maximize technology reach and user adoption across all global sites.

As a Team Lead, you will also be responsible for people management, coaching team members, overseeing pipeline prioritization, and managing executive stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful scaling of platform capabilities.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $123,800 - $148,500 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and professional development to a team of solutions delivery leads across multiple regions.
  • Manage the team's pipeline of incubation expansions and ensure seamless execution of platform rollouts globally.
  • Drive operational excellence in the team's end-to-end coordination of feature enhancements for our proprietary AI workflow automation platform.
  • Champion and scale programmatic demo outreach and targeted use-case strategies to maximize active user adoption across all global GOC sites.
  • Guide the team in establishing robust feedback loops to capture operational friction and translate field insights into actionable insights for our product / engineering partners.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years experience in program management, operational delivery or technology deployment
  • 5+ years of experience directly leading, managing, or mentoring teams
  • Experience overseeing multi-regional platform rollouts, software adoption frameworks, or scaled workflows.
  • Experience establishing operational metrics (KPIs) and continuous product feedback loops
Preferred Qualifications

Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:

  • Proven success leading teams responsible for executing rollouts of enterprise software, proprietary platforms, or AI-driven productivity tools globally.
  • Strong capability in designing feedback architectures that systematically translate operational friction into technical product features.
  • Experience directing large-scale user-adoption strategies, including demo outreach campaigns, training initiatives, and stakeholder alignment playbooks.
  • Exceptional track record of building consensus among senior cross-functional leaders, managing complex global execution schedules, and clearing deployment bottlenecks.
