Remote Fitness Success Coordinator
Serve as the main point of contact for clients in a high-ticket program, delivering a personalized, white-glove experience via Zoom.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 15-minute Zoom onboarding and check-in calls with clients
  • Walk clients through the platform and program expectations
  • Address questions, challenges, and provide ongoing support
  • Schedule follow-up calls with Progress Advisors
  • Ensure clients stay engaged and progressing throughout their journey
  • Handle a high volume of client calls and touchpoints
Requirements:
  • Comfortable leading client-facing video calls (Zoom)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Quick to learn new tools (Slack, Google Docs, CRM systems)
  • Customer-focused and self-motivated
