Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a fast-growing, clinician-owned company that truly understands what home healthcare is all about. We’re searching for an energetic Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians serving the Shrewsbury residential area of Massachusetts.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

(Included, but not limited to)

  • Wound care
  • Medication management
  • Catheter management
  • Diabetic care
  • Accurate and timely documentation

Visits can range from basic wellness visits to patient education on disease management, follow-ups after MD visits, ordering supplies, wound care, medication management, and more. In other words—variety that keeps your clinical skills sharp and your day interesting.

  • Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
  • Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Comfort using computers and electronic medical records (EMR)
